The Nicasio Valley of West Marin

Nicasio, California
In this tiny hamlet you'll find Saint Mary's Church, a small but perfect example of rural Marin sacred architecture. The counties just to the north of San Francisco are rural but sophisticated, renowned but still shrouded in a mystic tule fog. These valleys nourish The City and are a vital element of its domain and legend.

Thanks, Deb. I'm rediscovering the rural beauty just beyond the city's limit. The North Bay is shockingly gorgeous and so so close.
