Telegraphing City Thoughts

I read the other day that scientist have the ability to reconstruct images from the mind's eye. The example showed a photograph of a person and the computer-generated imaging read of a subject's view of the photo. It was remarkably accurate, considering the technical leap, but also had a terrific abstracted, color-blocked quality.
This might be my own picture, produced by the mind's eye program, if i'm asked to imagine a beautiful city: vertiginous, warped, bright and by the water, with a great tower and a powerful sense of allure.
