A Fair to Remember held its last event of the season yesterday in Jack Kerouac Alley. It's a delightful micro street fair, very local and quirky, hosted by the ladies who tend bar at the venerable bar Vesuvio. They mix terrific small bands with local arts, crafts, and clothing merchants. I was particularly smitten by this vintage dealer who curates an odd and appealing collection of stuff from way back when.
