As noted in the post below, the feeling around the Mission Bay development on San Francisco's eastern bayside is fairly harsh, overly monumental and corporate. It really needs townhouses, residential street life in the mix to soften the Corporate Campus Effect. It isn't finished by any means, so I'll reserve my final judgement. I suspect it'll take a decade to fill in and for the City to adjust around it. There are a few elements I do like. This row of trees beside the Tower of the Rutter Center is a hopeful sign.
