Sutter Street in Black & White

I took a long walk around the circumference of Nob Hill to help clear my mind. The weather has been wonderful lately. Here's a sunny B&W shot on Sutter Street, an interesting old student and apartment district between Union Square and Polk Street, also known as Lower Nob Hill. The street life along this corridor is a perfect balance between the luxury of the shopping district, the self-conscious bohemia of the art students, the low life of the Tenderloin, and Europeans who seem attracted to the area.
