Sunday Streets: Music at the Love House

Every block or so along Sunday Streets a band set up to play. Quite a few of them were young kids playing classic rock or Nirvana. These guys were a bit older and camped in front of my favorite Nicaraguan restaurant, El Trebol, in a place I call the Love House, on 24th Street near Mission.
Here's the view of the crowds looking down 24th Street at Valencia. The event also stretched along Valencia from 24th Street to 14th Street forming a 2 mile long car-free "L."  Down 24th Street from Valencia

The kid bands took the day, organized as they were by a local youth music program. This band did a charming version of Nirvana's "Lithium" by 16th Street.

And these kids rocking out by the Mission Library were awesome.
